ABOUT US
Artificial Intelligence Talent Factory (AITF) is a national program initiated by the Center for Digital Talent Development under the Human Resources Development Agency of Communication and Digital Affairs, Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia).
AITF focuses on cultivating outstanding talent in the field of Artificial Intelligence, equipping them to navigate and lead digital transformation across national priority sectors.
In the era of digital revolution, the demand for human resources with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence has become increasingly critical. AITF serves as a strategic initiative to prepare the nation’s future generation to harness intelligent technologies in advancing national development and digital government transformation.
VISION & MISSION
AITF is established to strengthen Indonesia’s AI ecosystem to be competitive, ethical, and inclusive through collaborative learning, research, and technology development initiatives.
To cultivate outstanding Indonesian Artificial Intelligence talent with global competitiveness who make tangible contributions to national development through ethical, applicable, and sustainable AI innovation.
1. Ecosystem Development
To build a sustainable AI talent development ecosystem that serves as a catalyst for driving AI innovation in Indonesia.
2. AI Talent Development
To develop AI talent who possess not only strong technical competencies, but also experience in AI research and development, and the ability to apply AI technologies to solve real-world challenges across various sectors.
3. Solution Generation
To produce practical solutions through AI research and innovation that address national priority programs as well as industry challenges.
4. Experience & Contribution
To enhance practical experience, encourage active participation, and expand the portfolio of national digital talent through involvement in priority programs at the ministerial/agency/regional government level as well as in industry.
5. Quantity & Quality Enhancement
To increase both the quantity and quality of digital talent within the National Digital Talent Pool (DTP) managed by BPSDM Komdigi.
Participants are third- or fourth-year undergraduate students or master’s students from AI, Data Science, Informatics, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or related fields, who possess a strong foundation in programming and machine learning
